The training equipment is made out of natural materials wherever possible. Wood and water relax your senses while your body begins to sweat. Time flies by and you’ll love the natural high you
experience after a training session.
You aren’t bound by any fixed terms or memberships and you can determine yourself when, how often and for how long you train. You can book individual sessions or a block of 5 and 10 to be used
during appointments that you set up with your trainer.
